Unite with the Women's Alliance Network for a special occasion as we welcome Dr. Charryse Johnson on World Mental Health Day. Dr. Johnson, an esteemed author, keynote speaker, and seasoned psychotherapist, will generously share her wisdom, insights, and practical techniques for nurturing holistic well-being.

Diving into the convergence of integrative wellness, neuroscience, and mental health, Dr. Johnson brings a unique perspective. The Women's Alliance Network cordially invites you to engage in a profound conversation about the current landscape of mental health, seen through a neurobiological and non-pathological lens. This enlightening presentation will uncover the advantages of holistic and neurorelational strategies that incorporate cultural sensitivity, mindfulness, inclusivity, and spiritual harmony. By intertwining these dimensions, we forge a comprehensive approach that dismantles stigma, fosters community strength, and minimizes shame.

Several Rowan University departments will also be available to provide resources to attendees. A limited number of Dr. Johnson's book, "Expired Mindsets" will be distributed. There will be an opportunity for a book signing as well as additional books available for purchase at the conclusion of this event.
