Instructions
  1. Alumni data are available for the support of approved University-related activities including alumni engagement, public relations, university-sanctioned research, college/department communications to alumni, continuing education programs and student recruitment.  Information should not be used for personal, commercial or political purposes. 
  2. Fill in all appropriate sections below and, if applicable, attach the letter or information to be distributed to alumni.
  3. The Alumni Engagement Office handles all broadcast emails to alumni to ensure proper delivery and avoid spam. We may decline release of email addresses.
  4. If you have any questions, please email advsvcs@rowan.edu.
  5. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery.  Depending on the complexity of the data, the Assistant Director will inform you if it takes longer to fulfill the request.

Terms of Use

I agree that the report/data file requested will only be used for purposes and within the time period stated above. I have attached a copy of the letter or information to be distributed. I understand that all fundraising activities must be pre-approved by the Division of University Advancement/Rowan University Foundation.

The Office of Advancement Services is responsible for maintaining biographical information of the constituents released. Individual units should request timely information as needed and should not maintain their own shadow database. All updates should be forwarded to the Office of Advancement Services in a timely manner via campus mail or via email at alumniupdates@rowan.edu.
