Please note: Tickets are exclusively available for Rowan Alumni and their guests. Sales commence on Wednesday, May 1, at 7 a.m. To access the ticket link, complete the form below, and the link will be shared 30 minutes before the sales launch. Kindly be aware that completing the form does not guarantee tickets; only verified Rowan Alumni will receive the link. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your cooperation in keeping the link private is crucial to thwart scalpers from snatching up our tickets.
The Rowan University Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Engagement reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If an event is canceled, registrants will be offered a full refund.
In unlikely situations where an event is canceled due to a campus closure or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for your registration is one week (7 days) before the event.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone (856-256-5400) and email (
alumni@rowan.edu) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
If the individual decides to not attend the event and would like the event cost to instead become a charitable contribution, the individual must notify the Office of Alumni Engagement via email (
alumni@rowan.edu) that they will not be attending the event and that they wish to donate the event cost as a charitable contribution to the Rowan University Foundation. This notification
must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you registered or paid by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
These above policies apply to all Rowan University Alumni Association & Office of Alumni Engagement events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
